Whether this is your first construction project and you just want to know what to expect, or, if you have done multiple projects, but would like to run by some of your ideas to get feedback, we are here to help.  We are qualified to review your project, whether it is in the very beginning stages or coming to a completion, to make sure that your expectations are being met.  In addition to review of each project, we also offer owner representation services to guide our clients through different stages of the project.  Each county and State has different rules and procedures.  Let us be a part of your team to make sure you are fully aware of the steps you will need to take in order to have a successful project.

Counties:
Having worked in many different counties and cities in State of Florida, By His Grace Construction, has experience working within counties such as Miami Dade, Miami Beach, Florida Keys, Weston to name a few.

Restaurants/Hotels:
With many restaurants in our portfolio, we know the specific construction needs of a food venue.  From coordination of plans with kitchen consultants, to kitchen hood, expediting, as well as Hotels & Restaurants, we know the procedure and steps that need to be taken to assure successful completion of a project.

High-Rise Buildings and Offices:
Having worked in many high-rise buildings, we are familiar with rules and regulations of building administration.  We are able to coordinate with building required vendors and subcontractors.

Institutions:
By His Grace Construction is well aware of the procedures and requirements of working with Institutions whether it be Hospitals, Churches, or schools. 

Out of Town Clients:
We have worked with local as well as out of State and out of Country companies to build successful spaces for many facets of retail.  We know the challenges that a company may face when working from over seas.
